Scheduling Supervisor
Olga Fernandez has been managing communications and front line scheduling for Digestive and Liver Center of Florida since August 2018. Born in Rio Piedras, PR and raised in Lawrence, MA, then moved to Orlando, FL in 2003.
Olga has experience in leadership, call management, team building, professional development, strategic implementation, and company collaboration. Prior to joining the practice, she managed projects with high ROI for pharmaceutical company. Trained and certified in leadership and six sigma.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and meeting new people.
