At the Digestive and Liver Center of Florida, we care deeply about your overall health. We’ll be giving you access to a specialized, virtual care team to help you manage your symptoms of chronic GI conditions.

WHY WAS I SELECTED FOR THIS PROGRAM?
To provide better care for you, the Digestive and Liver Center of Florida is
providing you with access to a team of specialized clinical staff members
who will help support you between in-person appointments This allows your
provider to take an active role in your care even when you’re not in the
doctor’s office.
DOES THIS COST MONEY?
We will pre-screen your insurance information to ensure that your insurance
covers this program.
HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?
We’ll be giving you access to a specialized, virtual care team to help you manage your symptoms.
You will have access to nurses, dieticians, and care coordinators who are available to support you in managing your chronic conditions.
Throughout this program,
this care team will work closely with your doctor at the
Digestive and Liver Center of Florida to develop a care
plan that’s personalized for you.
